How We’re Different

The world has many wonderful coaches to offer you. We have found we are just right for specific circumstances and people. Typically, the people we work with have a gut sense that they should be “doing better”. They don’t fully understand what isn’t working. They are confident in how capable they are, but that has not translated into sufficient growth and profitability.

Motivation Coaching’s overarching focus is to help you find clarity on what you truly need to achieve, and then to create the path to get there. There is no pre-built “three step plan” to get there, as your problems and circumstances are nuanced and complex. We combine a decades-long study of leadership, strategic thinking, and coaching expertise to achieve clarity, and then results.
