Our Values, Our Mission

At Soda Springs Animal Clinic, our employees collectively shape the culture of our practice. While our community includes clients, staff, and patients, it is our values and daily actions that define the environment we create—for ourselves and the larger veterinary community.

This Code of Conduct establishes clear expectations for how we treat one another, ensuring we foster a culture where everyone feels supported, respected, and proud to be a part of our team, ultimately culminating in our mission to:

Provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for both companion and livestock animals while fostering strong relationships built on trust, education, and communication. We are committed to empowering pet owners and livestock producers with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions for their animals’ health and well-being.

With integrity at the core of our practice, we strive to deliver ethical and transparent care, always putting the needs of our patients first. We believe in the power of community and work to fortify the bond between animals and the people who love them.

Through compassionate care and responsible stewardship, we advocate for the health of all animals while promoting sustainability and well-being in the communities we serve. At Soda Springs Animal Clinic, we are more than a veterinary clinic—we are your trusted partners in lifelong animal care.

Our Commitments

A shared promise to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose—every day, in every interaction.

We will:

  • Make the pursuit of education a priority – inclusive of all topics and interests. Pushing one another to grow, while being supportive, collaborative, and empowering along the way.
  • Enthusiastically share our knowledge, expertise and ideas with one another, never deeming anybody unworthy of educational opportunities.
  • Stay curious; taking personal initiative to learn, be informed, and gain new knowledge, skills and understanding.
  • Educate our clients consistently, ensuring they always have the information necessary to make the best decisions for their patient.
  • Make education our foundation, empowering both staff and clients to achieve excellence through continuous learning.

We will:

  • Take responsibility for sharing our own thoughts and feelings. We will let others speak up for themselves, not taking responsibility for their issues.
