Start with Manual Brushing

Brush as you would with any normal handled pet comb or brush.
DO NOT press any power arrow button at this time; introduce your pet to the brush gently and calmly.
Use this time to get the feel and balance of the brush and how it moves through your pet’s fur.
Hold the brush by the rubber head with your thumb almost touching the barrel of the brush head itself .
When held properly, it will be perfectly balanced in the palm of your hand.

Rotate your wrist to simulate motor rotation. Rotate toward the tips of your fingernails. Rotate wrist with the petting motion.
