Easy to schedule, friendly staff. The vet is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares for his patients. They offer a puppy vaccine package which is really great for anyone adding a new member to their family. They take great care to protect patients and staff during COVID-19, and I really appreciated that.

We’ve been taking our dog here ever since we moved to the area. Only had her seen twice but the impression I got was that they are super friendly and helpful. Quito Veterinary Staff and veterinarians have helped my animals numerous times!! I see these bad reviews from individuals and luckily I have never experienced this before. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! They are caring,empathetic and very knowledgeable. The hospital does get busy, however, it is worth the wait due to the care they put into our fur babies. So highly recommend!

I have been coming here for over 3 and a half years. They provide really good service, from scheduling to front desk to appointments to procedures. Their veterinarians are very competent. There was a time I remember when I felt like they were overpriced but definitely not anymore as in the past year I’ve found their pricing to be very reasonable. They always do a great job grooming my kitties without charging much and that is kinda hard to find.

The veterinarian and the receptionist are outstanding people besides being professionals. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income, they treated me and my dog as if we were family. The services are A1A the price was reasonable, but to top it all off they gave me back $40 of it, where everybody else is price gouging it’s amazing that Quito, showed such understanding and generosity, what else can I say, they rate 10 stars out a possible max.

A wonderful caring place to take your pet. I took my dog for her shots and the vet said her ears were both infected, she wanted to treat the infection and hold off on the shots until her ears are clear. My dog was calm, not stressed at all, the cost was reasonable and I was given a credit because they were backed up and felt bad that the appointment took longer. I love this place.

Taking my 2 cats to the vet for the first time was very stressful for us all. The staff was very professional and kind. They were very gentle with my cats and very patient with my ignorance.

We brought in our cat to be cremated who passed from old age. The young lady was empathetic and gave us the paw print and fur samples right away so we didn’t have to wait until we pick her remains. Her remains were provided in a blue velvet bag where the wooden box was in, a digital paw print and sympathy message, and plaque. The staff is very friendly.

They were very thorough with our dogthey were able to do multiple tests to try and diagnose her problem it was very easy to drop her off and pick her up even with the social distancing with Covid all the staff is really nice.

I took my old cat in for an all around shave and exam for urinary infections. Despite not being able to watch or be near my cat because of the full curbside service, all staff members were so friendly and assuring that I felt like I left my cat in good hands. She came back pretty calm and in better shape than before, although my wallet is slightly thinner after the invoice. I think the price was fair, though, especially after all the care that went into this first time visit.
