Prompt Pet Care

Medical Concern Examination Information: If your pet is experiencing a health issue that is not life-threatening but needs to be seen the same day, we will make every effort to get you seen by one of our veterinarians. We understand the importance of addressing your pet’s discomfort promptly. We always prioritize existing clients. If your pet is facing a true medical emergency, we prioritize their well-being and will refer you to a 24-hour critical care facility where they can receive immediate attention that is likely to require overnight or specialized care.

Existing Clients

Appointment Scheduling for Existing Clients: For existing clients, we may request that your pet be dropped off rather than scheduling an exact appointment time. This approach allows us to efficiently utilize our resources and prioritize sick pet treatment space for our valued existing clients.

Future Clients

Appointment Scheduling for Future Clients: We also welcome new clients on a space-available basis. If you are a new client seeking urgent care for your pet, please call us first to discuss your pet’s situation. We have a form on our website to help get your account set up before you arrive. If possible try and obtain your pet’s medical records in advance.
