- Refill requests for pre-approved medications received before 3 pm are processed the same day.
- Patient must be current on an exam for refills.
- Refill requests that require a doctor review can take up to 7 days – please start the refill request process early.
- For medication requests from an outside pharmacy, we provide a written prescription. Allow 7 days for doctor review and processing.
- For prescrption medication items we don’t stock, compounded medication or pet food, use our on-line store for easy ordering. We process and approve requests electronically without the need for a written prescription.
