2019

Dr. Ross planned and worked to design the hospital layout.  Buildout started in August  of 2019. Design elements included the most current plans for a Fear Free, Cat Friendly, and AAHA certified practice environment with separate cat and dog waiting rooms, cat exam room, dedicated dental suite, and cat ward. We incorporated these design elements throughout including the paint colors chosen for the walls. We started to build out our staff, install our state of the art equipment (laser, dental x-ray, therapy laser, etc) and prepared for opening our doors to serve the community.  We opened our doors and saw our first patient on December 19, 2019.

2020

Of course 2020 proved to be a challenging year due to the COVID pandemic. Starting in March,  2020 we continued to serve the community through curbside appointments and service adjustments. Despite the pandemic, our staff continued to grow and client base grew.

In December 2020 we completed our AAHA Certification and proudly became an AAHA Accredited Hospital.

2021

In 2021 we were excited to add our first CVT, Tina, to the staff. Adding a CVT allowed us to expand our dental services, CVT guided care, communication, and appointments. We continued to serve the community curbside through this ongoing pandemic year

2022

As COVID vaccines became available to the public, we reopened our doors and welcomed the public back in to our facility.

2023

During 2023 we focused on improving our in office protocols. With full service returning after the COVID pandemic, we expanded our staff further. We also sought and achieved certification as a Gold Cat Friendly Practice.

2024

Our 5th anniversary year was exciting with the addition of our first associate. A new doctor meant expanded hours and more appointment availability for our clients.  In September we celebrated our 5th anniversary with an open house, and thanks to the generosity of our amazing clients raised several hundred dollars for Tree House Humane Society.

2025

Our 6th year brings an opportunity to further expand our service. We’ve spent most of the year seeking Fear Free Practice Certification and received our official certification in June! Our new associate, Dr. Zachery Merenda, is excited to join our team in October!
