Words can't express our gratitude to Dr. Heba for her kindness and compassion in helping us get through a very difficult time with the loss of our 17-year-old Westie, Piper. It began when Adam in her office was so patient and understanding when we made the initial arrangements, then had to navigate several twists and turns in scheduling because of unexpected changes in Piper's health. When the day finally came, Dr. Heba showed incredible empathy and tended to every detail with sensitivity and respect. We're so sad that Piper is gone, but Love and Dignity ensured that our final moments with her were beautiful and poignant. We'll be forever thankful to Dr. Heba for giving us a sense of comfort and peace of mind.

We called Dr. Heba at 1:30pm on a Friday for her help as we knew our dog's health was rapidly declining. She was at our home by 5:15pm that same day, and could not have provided all of us with a more compassionate, calming experience. She helped Ike transition to his next adventure comfortably. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heba to anyone having to make this heart wrenching decision. She made a devastating day in our family a little but easier for us to handle.

In a time of pain and sadness, Dr. Heba Kashkosh was caring and comforting. Her explanation about the process was on point and her demeanor made us feel at ease. We were blessed to have had her as the Vet who handled our Osso's passing. We are truly greatful for her work and how she handled the transportation of our son.
