All Eyes On You

As a new client of our practice, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect.

When you arrive for your appointment, you’ll be greeted warmly by our team. We’ll usher you into an examination room as soon as one is available. While we do our best to stay on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to emergencies. We work hard to minimize any wait times. The technician will take a thorough history and ask you some questions about your pet’s lifestyle and behavior. The technician will then take your pet back to the treatment room to be examined by the veterinarian. We find that most pets get a more thorough exam when they are away from their pet parents; however, if you feel your pet would do better in the room with you, please let the technician know. Next, your veterinarian will examine your pet, answer any questions you may have, and plan any diagnostics or treatment that may be needed. Getting Settled Follow-up with the Technician Warm Welcome Initial Intake with a Technician Examination with the Veterinarian You’ll usually see the Technician again to wrap up the visit. They’ll provide additional educational information and answer routine wellness and care questions. Checkout and Scheduling Our client service representatives will take care of your payment and help schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.
