Nikki Ramirez

Lead Veterinary Rehabilitation Technician/ Veterinary Technician

Nikki joined our team in June 2021 as a veterinary assistant and quickly showed the drive, curiosity, and heart that make her an essential part of our clinic. She’s now our Lead Veterinary Rehabilitation Technician and runs the rehab department with a perfect mix of skill and compassion. In May 2023, she earned her certification in veterinary rehabilitation and is also working toward her veterinary technician licensing.

Originally from Cashmere, Nikki graduated from Cascade Christian Academy and earned her teaching credentials from Walla Walla University. Her years as an elementary school teacher gave her the patience, adaptability, and knack for problem-solving that she now brings to every patient and client interaction. She thrives on learning and is always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed, making her a go-to teammate in every sense.

Outside of work, Nikki is a country girl at heart — equally at home on a horse or a tractor. She’s a devoted wife and mom, a natural-born teacher, and someone with a true “can-do” spirit and a heart of gold.

What she says about being on our team: “The team here is a very united group. Dr. Kelley is a wonderful leader. It’s a great environment for learning, and we have a lot of fun in the process!”
