Payment Policy

In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. Payment is expected when services are rendered. Payment plans are available through a third party finance company called CareCredit, please see below for more information!

New Client Deposit

We require a deposit for new clients to schedule their first appointment. If the appointment is kept, the deposit is applied toward the cost of services. If you cannot make your appointment, you must call the front desk (702-257-3222) and talk with the receptionist or leave a voicemail at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Social media contact to cancel will not be accepted. If the appointment is missed without at least 24-hour’s notice, the deposit will be considered a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & CareCredit.)

CareCredit

Care Credit works just like a credit card without the annual fee. For every purchase, you’ll receive 6 months interest free, and low monthly payments. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and determine your approval. Many of our clients have been approved for Care Credit, even when they didn’t think they would qualify.
